All of this happens against the backdrop

It is genuinely a little hard to believe this Diablo 4 could be just six months Diablo IV Gold away. We have seen very little footage of the game, relatively speaking although we have received huge, lengthy blog posts on its different platforms, including information about it being a live game and the fact that it wasn't going to be selling power like its demented mobile game Diablo Immortal.

It's been incredibly easy to be skeptical of Blizzard in light of the turmoil within the company that included the abuse of employees and a ton of high profile exits, like the original director of Diablo 4 itself. But I am able to affirm the fact that everything I've read about and seen in Diablo 4 has looked fantastic, and exactly what I have been anticipating to see from the game. There is no indication that we will be marching into something that seems like a terrible idea such as auction houses. Auction House, and barring the possibility of any error 37 launch technical problems I'm not sure how this is not going to be a massive hit at a period when Blizzard badly needs one.

I do have some difficulty believing that the April 2023 date will stick. It's a Triple A game production. It's pretty much assumed that whatever the official first date is for a game, no matter how confident the developer seems in it, most likely, it will delay at least once. Let's call it the "Starfield" rule. For Diablo, it's got a lot of Blizzard drama to it, like the death of its lead in the course of its production. This means that I wouldn't be surprised if Diablo 4 was pushed into summer. Or, I guess it will be a month away when it's officially announced, maybe this April schedule might change.

All of this happens against the backdrop of Microsoft trying to buy Activision Blizzard for nearly $70 billion. The deal is fighting for approval in a number of countries. And although Call of Duty is the primary focus, the concept is that, in theory a Microsoft-owned Blizzard will be releasing on console and PC editions of Diablo 4 on Game Pass, the way they do for everything else they own. It's not like Call of Duty, where it was the case that Sony agreements may prevent it from being available on Game Pass for Diablo 4 Gold for sale a few years, it's highly unlikely that anything like that applies to Diablo, and that could be a pretty massive victory for Microsoft.
