Took this screenshot in the new trailer; reveals what's shared between PSO2 and NG

How are personalities shared, just? If"character growth will not carry over", that sounds like you may have a character with the same name in both games, but I would not call that shared. That is what they said. I'm assuming you get to maintain your character's name, look, weapons, units, and meseta pso2 mag. They haven't mentioned anything about makeup yet which has some people worried.

The only reason I'm able to say this is exactly what it is, is because throughout the first CBT on xbox insiders they had a very wonky translation when employing a ticket which said something along the lines of"Are you sure you wish to register this data?" My friends & I have been creating"register that data" jokes everywhere one of us has a cosmetic we wanted. Shit like..."Oh, you better go sign up that data." So I'm 98% sure that is what they mean when they state registered information, which would imply all those people attempting to hoard cosmetic tickets in the hopes of selling them on NGS won't function as merely registered items will transfer over.

So that means outerwear and outfits won't move? That is still a huge fuck you to NA players who spent money and nobody must scratch anymore to be fair... We do know we can bring over firearms and components, so they can handle outfits/outerwear the exact same manner. We do see old Ash running along with his previous outfit at the trailer. The footage they showed of this Placeholder Otherwise Known As Ash has him sporting his trademark default Close Quarters outfit. It is still no difficult affirmation, but that'd mean he took him to NGS. FWIW that outfit is also available as basewear in JP therefore it's even more uncertain... but yeah I'd bet a good 10k meseta on outfits and outerwear also moving. This way the game has the main core aspects players anticipate but is new and fresh at the same moment. I believe that it's still likely to be instanced rather than open world. Gameplay shown up to now has revealed 8 player instance maxes. This would not break current AI systems, considering the current AI just follow your route or teleport to you when they get stuck. The world is huge and open, but everything out of cities was instanced. I am thinking it will be a similar approach to what Dragon's Dogma Online had. The world is huge and open, but everything out of cities was instanced. They watered down the climbing into a formulation and changed a bunch of courses but now that it's gone I always want to play with it.

I'd love Dragon's Dogma Online-styled experiences in buy PSO2 Meseta Phantasy Star if since it gives us a reason to learn more about the world (or at least fast journey to it to hop in and out) and to have a challenge with the bosses and enemies.
